Happier@work is highlighted as an example of good practice in the new Mind mental health guide. Mind is a national mental health charity that provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.  Happier@work is a workplace wellbeing initiative that has resulted in improved mental health and wellbeing for NHS staff. It was developed by the health improvement team at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and Uscreates (a strategic consultancy company). The programme is open to all King’s Health Partners staff. Following its initial pilot, an evaluation conducted by the London South Bank University found that: • Wellbeing increased by 7% • Minor psychiatric disorder decreased by 19% • At-work productivity loss was reduced by 7% • Staff burnout was reduced by 5% • Staff who would recommend their Trust as a place to work increased by 15%
